Elliott is a freelance film editor in New York City.

He began his editing career working at post facilities in his hometown of Chicago. Elliott then decided to move to Los Angeles and pursue a career in feature film editing.

He spent the next decade in cutting rooms, starting as a Post-PA and eventually moving up to Assistant Editor. During this time, Elliott learned from some incredibly talented editors, and continued cutting his own projects on the side.

Elliott relocated to New York in 2019, where he continues to work as an editor in the feature film & TV world..
